Services and fees 

Session fee

A session is £60 for 50 minutes.

In-person counselling

I provide face-to-face counselling in Hove, which is accessible by train, bus or car.

Online counselling

I also provide online counselling, for which you will need a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed during your session.

Individual counselling and initial consultation

When you make contact we will arrange a time to meet for your initial consultation, where you can talk to me about your needs from counselling and I can understand how best to support you.

 

If I feel you would be better supported by other services I will signpost you to other organisations for support and advice. 

 

If we are both happy to continue working together we can agree on a regular time for our sessions.
