Where are you located for in person sessions? 

My private practice is based in Hove. It is a quiet comfortable space away from your daily stresses. 

How do your online sessions work?​

Online sessions are held via a secure, encrypted video platform. I will send you a private link to your email address.

What does neuro-affirming counselling mean? 

It means I do not see neurodivergence as something to be "fixed". We work together flexibly to ensure you get what you need from our sessions. 

How long is a standard session?

Each standard counselling session lasts for 50 minutes. We usually meet once a week at the same dedicated time to maintain consistency and steady progress, though we can adjust this based on your personal goals.

What is your cancellation policy? 

I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your session.
